We can arrange All Risks Cover from Port to Port and Door to Door which covers your cargo against any damages/losses and gives you a peace of mind during shipping.

Total loss cover option is available for a reduced rate

Yes, we can also arrange for your tea-chest size and book size cartons and other packing materials such as shrink wrap, bubble-wrap, mattress protection sleeves etc.

If you advise us 2 weeks prior to shipping this will usually allow enough time to reserve container vessel space and arrange shipment details.

Less than 2 weeks notice may not guarantee space on the container vessel, however, we will do our very best to suit all your urgent shipping needs.

While we do service to all Door destinations in Bulgaria, the main depots are located in Sofia, Varna and Burgas.

Upon quotation request, shipper may receive different types of quotes which makes comparison difficult.

Some agencies only provide all in prices with no breakdown whatsoever except for a list of services covered, these types of quotations can often be misleading as they do not transparently show a breakdown of costs or exactly how much is being paid for which service listed.

We provide only genuine, transparent quotations, when comparing competitive quotations, it is very important to carefully check the competitors quote to whether or not additional charges will be due on cargo arrival.

Generally as long as there is space to place the container at your premise (such as on the driveway) we can leave it with you for 3-5 days.

Depending on the commodity and volume you have to ship, we can offer shipping solutions from shared shipping containers to France, 20ft container shipping (approx. 33 cubic metres or 1150 cubic feet), 40FT (approx. 65 cubic meters or 2300 cubic feet).

We can also arrange a high-cube container if you require a slightly larger capacity 40ft container (2.9m exterior height instead of the standard exterior height of 2.6m

Excess baggage and shared container services for smaller volume shipments is available to most destinations across France.

You may ship less than 1m3 ( 1m x 1m x 1m) however the minimal charge on sea freight services is the initial cubic meter.

Anything over 1m3 is charged standard as per the cargo volume, e.g. cargo of 2.4m3 is charged at 2.4 times the sea freight rate/m3.

1m3 is approx. 9 tea-chest size boxes, each tea-chest box is approximately:

(L 40cm x W 40cm x H 60cm) or [L 15.75″ x W 15.75″ x H 23.62″]

• Copy of the importers passport photo page
• Bill of Lading

• Address registration with local Police
• Inventory list in English stating make/model and a serial number of any electrical or electronic items (if applicable).
• Original works of art are to be shown on the inventory list with author name and art name.

For non-national VISA holders, a copy of 1 year rental contract is required.

For WORKING VISA holders, a letter from the employer is required.
